Our Radiant Floor Heating Process:

1. Initial Contact

When you call or email Dalroy, the first thing we’ll discuss is project specifics.

Each project has it’s different. We’ll discuss this and provide an optimal heating solution.

2. Quoting

Once we understand your specific needs we’ll issue your detailed quotation.

After you receive your quote we’ll touch base to answer any questions.

3. Installing the Heating Pex

The next step is the radiant rough-in. We’ll coordinate with your project supervisor/other trades to ensure we align with your deadlines and scheduling needs.

Once we’ve established proper site preparation we’ll arrive ready to complete the radiant rough-in.

4. Thermostat Wire

Our Radiant Heating Systems receive stop and start commands from thermostats located within each heating zone.

Once again we’ll coordinate with the project supervisor and return to your project to run our stat wires when the site is ready. Typically this is just after the electricians have finished pulling their wiring.

5. Final Hook and Testing

The last step is the Radiant Heat hook up and final testing. Once again we’ll coordinate with your project supervisor or other trades to ensure a smooth installation that integrates with an other related components.

Finally, we’ll test the system and run through any operational information that might help the home-owner get the most out of their new radiant heating system .

Let’s make something together!
